Hound House Toronto tapped ES Studio to bring their rebrand to life and establish a compelling new presence across digital touchpoints. As the city’s first members-only dog café and clubhouse, the brand needed a visual and strategic foundation that reflected its elevated hospitality experience while engaging a modern, design-conscious audience.

The goal was to drive community-focused growth by attracting new members and increasing brand awareness.
Our strategy was designed to introduce Hound House as Toronto’s new members club and cultural destination—a niche concept featuring an elevated café, bar, dog-friendly services, and creative programming. We prioritized brand visibility, engagement, and conversion through aesthetic-forward content and curated storytelling rooted in community, design, and lifestyle.

Instagram content was built around clear pillars that reflected Hound House’s new era.


We opted for a curated, editorial-style feed structured around strategic content pillars like Phone Booth Talks, Insider Stories, and Membership Perks. Each series highlighted aspects of the brand’s new offering: the launch of the café and bar, the upgraded House, new service offerings, and exclusive member benefits.
The visual identity of the feed evolved through the re-brand process, integrating campaign moments and showcasing behind-the-scenes previews of the space, members' only lifestyle, and launch events—all designed to drive interest and conversion.

As part of the full rebrand rollout, ES Studio developed and executed a strategic Instagram content plan that positioned Hound House Toronto as a new cornerstone of luxury pet-friendly hospitality. We crafted a dynamic content calendar built around Reels, carousel series, and branded posts designed to drive visibility, local engagement, and emotional connection with design-forward dog owners across Toronto.

Every visual and caption was created in alignment with Hound House’s elevated brand tone and newly defined pillars—community, care, and flexibility. From the café launch to the introduction of new memberships, grooming services, and space offerings, our team handled all creative direction, copywriting, and rollout logistics, ensuring each post served a clear brand and business objective.

This content wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was built on data-backed strategy, with a focus on increasing profile visits, driving in-store traffic, and positioning Hound House as a must-visit destination for modern city dwellers seeking a refined, dog-inclusive lifestyle.
